Complaints: Your Supervisory Committee aka "Fraud Squad" serves a watchdog 

role as the internal auditors of the credit union.  If you have a complaint, your 

statement is in error, you think that your rights may have been violated, you 

have suspicions about any loan request or transaction: bypass the office staff; 

write to this independent and impartial committee.  These volunteers usually 

check their box once a month.   But e-mails go directly to the Chair of their committee.
