As soon as you know that your mailing address is going to change,  notify us in advance.  We'll change the mailing address on our records only  when you submit a change in writing--by mail or in person--above your  full, legal  signature along with  legible  photocopy  of your passport, state-issued photo ID card, state-issued driver's license, or  Matricula.  (Please enclose with your address change new phone numbers and e-mail addresses.)   We do  not  trade or exchange this private info.)  To protect your savings accounts and your credit rating from fraud, we do not accept address changes by phone, fax, or e-mail.  Submit your address change to our main office.
